Origin Ver. 2019 and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:Win 10

i'm trying calculate the area down the curve from my graph, the tool "auto find peaks" give me a lot of peaks that i don't use, so i tried to deactivate that option and i added only one point in the peak of the curve that i need, like in the image number 1, but when i press the next buttom, it seems like the second image and i want to know if the integration If the integration is done only by the part delimited in yellow or all the rest marked by gray lines, my doubt is because there is the option to deactivate "show integrated area" where all the gray lines disappear as in the image 3 .

Hi,

The integration is done only on the X range indicated by the yellow box. But Peak Analysis cannot deal with non-monotonic data. If you just want to calculate the area between the upper and lower curves inside yellow box in your image, you can copy the two ranges into a new workbook, and use Analysis: Mathematics: Integrate to calculate the areas under two curves respectively, and then subtract them.

Thanks,
Amanda
