Hi I was wondering if there is any function to calculate the Root-Mean-Square Error [RMSE] and the Normalized Mean Bias Error (NMBE) between two columns? I can calculate it by writing an f(X), but I want to know if there is an existing function in Origin to save some time, I checked the tutorial but find nothing.
Thanks~

Hi,

For RMSE, we could use : rms(col(B)-col(A))

For NMBE, we could use: total(abs(col(B)-col(A)))/total(col(A))

Hope it helps.

Regards,
Yuki
