It is difficult to troubleshoot this problem without knowing your Origin serial number, which tells me what kind of Origin package you purchased, including what kind of license management. But please do not report your serial number in this public forum. Instead, could you please email: tech@originlab.com Please summarize the issue and include your serial number and version.
In general, I can say this about installing Origin 7.5 on a Terminal Server: If you want to install Origin on a Terminal Server so that multiple clients can run Origin, you should have the Concurrent Network package. The Concurrent Network package is managed by a FLEXlm license service, which counts and restricts the concurrent Origin usage.
