Hi All,

I am currently trying to do multiple peak fitting using two different fitting functions for the same set of data. I can do this by just doing two separate fits however I need the output parameters to be the same. Most of the parameters are the same (i.e. peak position, peak height) however peak width is different between the two fitting functions (Lorentzian and BWF). I ideally need both to output the full width at half maximum (FWHM). I was wondering if there is an easy way to change the output parameters for specific fitting function?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Aaron,

You can use Peak Analyzer to do multiple peak fitting with different functions.

Open the Peak Analyzer, select Fit Peaks goal, go to Fit Peaks node, click Fit Control button to set fitting function for different peak and share the parameters between different peaks.
