Origin Ver. and Service Release (9.6.0.172 (Lehre)):
Operating System: Win10

Hello,

i want to perform a batch processing on thousands of X-ray spectra. The shapes of the spectra are very similar, only slight intensity varitions are there. There four peaks which i want to fit simultaneously. Three gauss peaks which superimpose a background signal (the LogNormal function works fine). I managed to create an analyzing template and to perform a batch processing but the problem is, that paramter initializations for the fitting functions doesn't seem to be saved. Therefore my fit doesn't converge.

Any idea how to solve this problem? I've created the analyzing template with the Analyze Peaks dialog. It saves most of the stuff but not the parameter initalization.

Best wishes,
Marco

Hi,

In Peak Analyzer tool, in Find Peaks page, did you check Enable Auto Find box? If so, please uncheck the box and try again. Thank you.
