Hi eyhavand,

This is a known issue which has been fixed in our newest version, Origin 2019b. In Origin 2019b, the Column/Bar/Box Gap Acroos Layers has been kept being checked during merging the graphs.

In our Origin 2018, this option is in the Miscellaneous tab instead, but fails to be kept during merging.

You can download our trail of 2019b to have a try,

Thanks,
Shirley

Hi Shirley
Thank you for being kind enough to answer my question.
I have tried to merge the graphs by origin 2019b. But, the color of graphs changed to black after merging. surprisingly, the original graphs also became black, as you can see below!
