Hi all,

Can anyone recommend the easiest way to subtract fluorescence decay in Origin?

I have various datasets from GCAMP6m fluorescence measurements and need to subtract fluorescent decay from these graphs.

Thank you in advance,

Ann

Well... I'm afraid there would be no easy answer to that. You'll need to based on your actual case and define how the process would be. Like how much noise is there? Do they matter? How many decay stages are there? Do they overlapping or being high order decay? Etc.

You can try emailing Origin asking them to take a look.
