Hi,

I am wondering whether there is a way to compute the achieved power of a mixed model ANOVA (1 between factor with 2 levels and 1 within factor with 2 levels) in Origin. There does not seem to be an option to get the power of the test directly from the dialog box in this case.

Thanks

Hi,

I am sorry that we don’t support this so far, but this tutorial might help something:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/2Way-Mixed-Design-ANOVA?tdsourcetag=s_pcqq_aiomsg

Also, I will forward your question to our share meeting to see if we can improve this feature in the future.

Regards, Yuki

Thank you. It would be great if it was to be implemented in the future as providing the power of the statistical test is now often required for publication (which is why I need to find a way to compute it).
