Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2018(64-bit)Academic Operating System: Windows 10.
Hi everyone, I need to remove all data outside the box. Can I hide it with OriginPro?

Hi,
Please double click on the graph. Select Layer1 on the left panel, go to Miscellaneous tab in the right, check the Enable box for Clipping.

Thanks for your replay,
Data is quit large, and i don't need all. I want to show just a small part from 20 to 24 Theta angle and from 5 to 8 µm depth. Taking this points from data set are difficult. I want just part which is in the box on the first picture. Here is what i get from your advise: |

Under the same dialog tab, you can set X,Y ranges by value. See if that works.
