Hi Naveed Ahmed

1. I want make sure that the message "Please close all open dialogs before saving a project or window. Note that some dialogs may be minimized." pop-up when you click "OK" button on the "Merge Graph" dialog, but not when you save or close project, right?

2. Could you please close the "Merge Graph" dialog, and then try to save the project file?

3. If the messge is still pop-up when save the project, could you try the solutions in the help page?

Hi Jacqueline,
Thanks for your reply.
Mentioned message appears when I want to change the sequence of any graph.
I closed this project without saving changes and also with saving changes as well. But still appears same proble.
Then I used the exe files available at your mentioned link, but unfortunately proble still exists.
Then, I reinstalled the OriginPro 2019b.
And problem, is still appearing.

Hi,

Does this happen with all projects all the time or just specific projects? If it is specific projects, then please share one with us by uploading it to DropBox or similar and sharing a link with tech@originlab.com.

That will help us figure out what is going on.

Thanks,
Chris Drozdowski

Hi Chris Drozdowski,
Thanks for your reply.
Once again, I unistalled the OriginPro2019 and reinstalled it and used the EXE file available at previously mentioned link. Finally, it stop appearing this message.
Actually, I was using OriginPro 2020 trial version and this version simulteneously, may be due to this, I was facing problem.
Anyways, thanks for Origin TEAM Support.
