An example table is given

Want to draw a 2d heat map containing x and y-axis, indicating which technology(A, B, C, D) is the least cost in the operating region.

we have to define the different colors for different technology.

we need to find the least cost for each operating point and indicated in the heat map which tech is cost-effective for the specific operating region.

Try converting ABCD row vectors to RGB via CMYK scheme (https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/color/cmyk-to-rgb.html).
