Operating System: Windows 10 Education

Hello, I'm currently doing peak analysis for my data using Gadget-Quick Peaks.
At first it works well, but after some attempts Origin shows Error box that says;
'Unable to modify write protected data'.
This doesn't end until I restart the computer(not the program).
I believe I didn't make any change for the data.
What is the problem? Any advice would be grateful.
