How to vertically shift bar plot

I would like to add 4 bar plots to an existing graph in Origin but the base of each bar plot should differ along the y-axis.
The image below was produced in Matlab and is a single axis. How do I vertically shift bar plots in Origin?
Thanks in advance for any level of advice.
