Fitting with asymmetric error bars

Hi!
I am wondering if it is possible to perform a weighted linear fit of data points having asymmetric error bars on the y-axis.

Unfortunately our Linear Fit tool only supports one column for Y Error. Hence it would only be symmetric.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Is there any workaround/coding that could be used to perform the fit, since plots with asymmetric error bars are possible, as far as I can see?
