Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5SR6 Operating System: WINXP
Hi everyone,
This is more of an annoyance than anything else. When I try to export a gif image from a labtalk script like this:
image.FileName$ = "name.gif"; Image.Export.PagePixel( gif, 640, 480, 24, 0 );
I always get a gif options dialogue box. Why is this? I allready specify all the info in the export command.
The only way to get around this that I've found was to manually export something with the file->export page command and uncheck the "show export options" check box.
On a side note, I have to say that I find the origin help files really frustrating. For example, if I search the index for image.export I get nothing. I do get "image object" and "image.import subobject" but not image.export. Even more frustrating is that I can't access the image.export info from the image info page.
Thanks,
Alexis |

Another weird thing:
for some reason, I have use the export command 2X in a row if I want the output to look the way it is supposed to be, like so:
Image.Export.PagePixel( gif, 640, 480, 24, 0 ); Image.Export.PagePixel( gif, 640, 480, 24, 0 );
Here are two examples. In the first, I only use the export command 1X and I get gif files that look "squished", and the x-axis label is missing:
 If I repeat the image.export command 2X in a row, I get the correct output:

Any ideas as to why this happens? |
