使用今天申请的激活码激活软件进行续期，但是虽然激活提示成功，但是并没有续期成功

Hi,

1) 激活 Origin 2021 后需要一直保持联网使用。

2) 如果条件不允许联网，可以在注册时勾选 Lock to This PC 暂时使用 7天。 7天需要再次联网激活。

请问，电脑开机即联网，为什么也会被认定”不联网“？我现在被迫选择了7天激活，很麻烦。

Hi,

可能是国内网络无法连接国外服务器等原因。你可以尝试打开 OriginLab 官网： http://www.originlab.com/。如果无法打开网页，建议还是勾选 Lock to This PC 暂时使用7天。
