Hello everyone,

im quite new to origin, so some answers might be easy answer (or i at least hope so:). My problem presents as follows.

I have an existing boxplot graphic (x axis = timeline; y axis = drug trough levels). I was quite happy with the graphic, but now i was asked to compare 2 different subgroups in this graphic. My goal is to present the main group (as existing) and the 2 subgroups in the same graphic with own boxplots. How do i add extra boxplots for the 2 subgroups while using existing graphic and formatting.

I added a snapshot of my graph.
Thanks for your advice.

Hi,

It looks like you set the box x position based on some column header (e.g. Longname). Is so, you will need to modify the boxes position value with some offset, see below. To add the second group of boxes to existing box chart. You can right click on the graph title bar, and select Duplicate(Batch Plotting...), in the dialog make sure to set Plot Selected to Active Graph. In the figure below, I batch Plot with Sheet.
