Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2021
Operating System: windows
Hi!

I am averaging different curves, for which I obtain the average X, average Y and std dev and std error. I then integrate the peaks with peak analyzer. I wish to see the std deviation or standard error of the obtained area, considering it is calculated on an averaged curve which has a st dev and std error. Is this possible? How can I access this?
Thanks!

Chris D

For integratio9n with the Peak Analyzer, error data is ignored- just the curve is used for the calculation. Therefore there is no uncertainly in the calculation.

We suggest that you integrate each curve separately, then Average the results ans arrive at SD and SE.

Thanks,
