Dear Origin Team,
I'm taking a closer look at a range of X axes (e.g. 1-10 I'm looking at 1-3, then 4-6...). To do this I've plotted them using a user template (for the colours and symbols) and then I manually hide all those not of the same subgroup (Saliva, Dil10...) and save those graphs. They're in sets of 10, is there a way to automate this process?

Hello,
Are you trying to plot every 10 Y columns? Are all data in same worksheet and how are they organized?
When you say hide those not in same subgroup, do you mean there are column Long name or comments with subgroup name such as Saliva, Dil10 so u want to plot data in same subgroup as one graph?
Could you use https://www.originlab.com/restricted/support/ to submit your support question with project file attached so it's easier to see what you want.
Thanks, Snow |

The subgroup is pfu/mL

Hello,
Here is a way to do it: 1. Highlight all columns and choose Plot: Multi-Panel/Axis: Multiple Panels by 2. In the dialog, specify Group as pfu/mL 3. Select the plot type you want and click OK. --> It will create a multi-panel graph. Each panel is for each pfu/mL U can click plot in one layer to customize it such as color, etc. 4. Then you can choose Graph: Extract to Graphs. 5. In dialog that opens, choose Full Page for Extracted. 6. Click OK. --> Each panel will be extracted to individual graphs.
Note: In the dialog that opens after step 1, u can also set Number of columns and number of rows to be 1 and click OK. They are plotted as 3 overlapping panels.
Also, in Object Manager window which is docked on right of Origin workspace, u can check or uncheck layer nodes to decide which panel to show.
We also have Plot: Browser Graph to easily view, hide plots to compare them. Click the down button on the left, there is also Flip Through button to see every 10 plots, etc.
Thanks, Snow
