Hello,
I want to create an equation for ABC model of IQE for LEDs. The equation is
IQE= Bn^2/(An+(Bn^2)+(Cn^3))
where n= 5E18, A= SRH, B, radiative recombination and C= Auger.
I interested to find the value for A,B and C.
How can I create this equation for fitting?
Thank you. |

Hi,
If I understand correctly, n is a constant, A, B and C are parameters you want to find. What’s the independent of this function?

Yes, that is exactly what I want to find.
The graph to fit as shown here.
I assume that the independent might be current density?
please advise |

Hi,
From your graph, yes, current density is the independent. But what’s this “current density” in your fitting function?
