Hi Friends,

I am trying to Deconvolute the following graph. Currently I am using the peak analyzer but, I couldn't able to deconvolute my peaks properly. Deconvoluted peak is quite lower than original peak. I tried many times but, I am not sure why it seems like that. This peaks are more obtained from the NMR Spectra.

Any suggestion please share

Hi, Sanjay

Perhaps you can try other fitting function and see whether they works better.

Hi Echo,

I tried to use both Multiple fit and Peak analyzer to fit my data. I have mainly issue with my central peak and cumulative central peak. It seems that they don't fit properly with the original one.
I am not sure what is the problem.
