OriginPro 2021b (64-bit) SR1
9.8.5.204 (Academic)
Operating System: Windows 10

I am experiencing the "Please close all open dialogs before closing Origin" prompt when attempting to save my project. The both solutions provided by the 5.27 FAQ-701 documentation do not work. The .exe files do not appear to do anything when run.

I am unable to save my project due to this error.

Hi JSOrigin,

Does this happen all the time? Or, just happens for one special project sometimes? Can you reproduce it with some certain operations?

Hi JSOrigin,

We are wondering whether this is relative to Auto-Saving.
Please try to change the Auto-saving time to 1 min and then wait to see if there is any file saving when you met this issue.

Hi Shirley,

Thank you for your interest in helping!

I recently upgraded to Origin 2021b and havn't worked with it much yet, so I can't confidently provide an answer to your first question.

I have changed the autosave time as you suggested, but the error persists and no files are located within the default autosave directory. Do you recommend I close the file without saving and then recover the autosaved file that should be created?
