Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

How can I highlight data points in stacked lines plot, or in a single line plot? The result should be similar to what looks like in the image below. I do really need help, any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated! (The data point is marked with red circle here)

Looks like you want to tag the peak on each spectrum. You can use the quick peak gadget. See the tutorial below:
https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Quick-Peak-Gadget

Once you identify the peak on one spectrum, you can click the triangle button on ROI window and select New Output for All Curves to repeat the process for all the spectrums on the graph.

Hello,

Some questions.
1. Is this stacked line plots with Y offset with X Y axes exchanged?
2. It looks like those red circles are on baseline of each curve. Are there plots for each baseline?
3. If there are data plots there, u can always ctrl+click to select a single points to customize it. But u need to do it for each point.
4. If we have XY value of each circled points, u can put them in XY column and drag it into graph to plot them as scatter plot which may be faster.

Thanks, Snow
