Greetings!

Before do coding, I'm curious if Origin has a ready-to-use function of 3D coordinate system rotation for XYZ points using rotation matrix (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotation_matrix#In_three_dimensions).

It seems that there is no built-in function for this.
Is it worth developing an Origin function or just use the Python function (for example, https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.spatial.transform.Rotation.html) in a worksheet?

It would be easy to write a Python function in such case, the input can be the original X,Y,Z values and the output the rotated X,Y,Z values. Please refer to this page on setting multiple inputs and outputs using Python in Set Column Values dialog:
