I want to use an user-defined function for multiple peaks fitting.
Is there a way to check the Replicas count and current Replica index in bodie of user-defined fitting function?

Basically you define a fitting function of one peak, and in Nonlinear curve dialog, under Settings tab, select Advanced. You can then check the Replica count in the right panel.

The question is not "how user can access Replica index/count".
The question is "how user-defined function code can access Replica index/count".

When fitting peaks using the Peak Analyzer ( OriginPro ), you can use the Peak Fit Parameters dialog to select a built-in function for each peak, or you can use the Fitting Function Organizer or Fitting Function Builder to create a user-defined function.
