Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to generate 16 heatmaps in one go as in the picture attached?

You may want to use the Batch Plotting feature in Origin. Check the page below with the tutorial. You should be able to make 16 heatmaps with different datasets but of the same format in worksheet/matrix. Then merge (menu Graph:Merge Graph Windows...) the 16 graphs into one. Thank you.

Yes, please refer to this page on the Python script. You need to prepare a project file with the workbook and the graph linked to the workbook. The Python code is just to pass data to the workbook.
