Origin Ver2021b.
Operating System:win 10 64bit
安装的pro试用，点击 help--about 后没有任何显示，软件卡死。
任意用其他的几个功能，好像没有问题。
请问要如何解决？谢谢

都没有这个问题？
我后来发现，把aboutdlg.cpp中的函数dlg.DoModalEx(GetWindow(), dwOptions);注释掉，不执行，就不卡死了。

我估计我却什么文件，请高人指点

Hi,

你可以尝试不要注释代码，不要删除任何参数。打开Code Builder, 再次点击打开 Help: About Origin 对话框，然后看看 Code Builder 出现什么错误消息，然后见错误消息截图发给我们。

我试了一下，origin 卡死后，code build只有输出窗口有：

compiling...
AboutDlg.cpp

其他就没有任何信息了

Hi,

你可以尝试打开菜单 Help: Learning Center 看看是否会出现同样的情况。

另外， 你也可以在打开 About Origin 出现卡死状况后按照下述页面的Step 2: Send Debug Information 生成 *.dmp file。

然后将 *.dmp file 通过下述链接发送给我们：

我已经发送了。rar压缩了一下，把文件名改成origin64.rar.dat，好像只能传dat等文件。
请高人们看看。
