Hi,

I am trying to make a 2D Confidence Ellipse (scatter plot) for 4 different sample types.

I tried downloading this https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=365
but it didn't open in origin.

My file is attached.

Hi jumendis,

The 2D Confidence Ellipse app requires a graph to be the active window before it can be used.

You can plot your data as a scatter and index the groups in the Symbol Color dropdown menu.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi,

The graph 1 layer 1 is in the "Plot Details" dialog window.
You can get there by double-clicking the graph or selecting the graph as your active window and hitting "F2".

I have attached a modified version of your project file.
