 Problem with 3D Bars visualization

I'm having a problem with the 3D bar graphs. When generating the graph, the bars are not displayed. This occurs even using Origin Lab's Leaning Center files, the bars are not plotted, as can be seen in the figure below.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how can I solve it?

It seems an issue on your PC only.
Could you let us know your OS and are you using remote desktop?

Does it happen in other 3d types? E.g. u can try 3d surface, 3d scatter, etc.

Could you rename User Files folder and specify a new one to see if it works then?

Thank you Snow,

Really can be an issue with my PC. I am using Windows 10 with BootCamp in IOS. I am now updating the Windows to a new version make avaliable this month. I also updated the Origin.

It happen with 3D bars and scatter, but not with surface graphs... strange!

Lets see what happens after all updates will be installed.
