I noticed that if Rich Text is on, then Text Wrap does not work.
Is there a way to turn Rich Text & Text Wrap on?

Are you talking about worksheet cell?
Yes, it seems wrap and floating is not supported for rich text. I will check why.

It may be hard at that time to implement wrap when rich text is on.
We will check if we can do it now.

Hi Andrey,
We support wrap text for rich text in beta4.
Default it's on and u can use minitoolbar to turn it on/ff.
Note: When double clicking text to edit (in-place edit mode), text will not be wrapped
Could you play with it and give feedback?

It works in OriginPro 2023 (64-bit) Beta 4 10.0.0.83.
However I seen one issue:
