It worked! However, https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/TextOb-Prop-Text-tab#White_Out tells: quote: White Out To draw a separate white background for each line of text in the label, select the White Out check box.
and this doesn't correspond with what you state above.

Hi AKazak,
We found it is not easy to fix the white out issue for italic characters.
If you still want white out effect, you may for example type instead \i(y ), i.e. include the space into the italic scope as well. |
