Attempting to use the Cyclic Voltammetry plug-in in Origin but am having trouble with set-up. Firstly what is the scan index referring to, and how do you add multiple curves at once?

Thanks,

Y.E

Hi,

"scan index" is the index number of the curve.

The Cyclic Voltammetry App only supports one cycle (one forward and one backward segment) in one trace. If you have multiple curves, you can use the Hysteresis App to split them and output as stacked data. Then you can use the Cyclic Voltammetry App to perform peak analysis.
Please download the Hysteresis App here: https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=264

Thanks,
Amanda
