I've been trying to get the fit results and statistical output from batch peak analysis using paMultiY. I believe this is supposed to work if fitresult:=1 is placed in the script however I'm not able to get any output for either of the fitresult variable values listed (0/1). The theme itself works perfectly to get these outputs so I'm not sure if it's something relatively simple or a problem in paMultiY. Below is my script for launching paMultiY using script. Thanks

paMultiY -r 0 iy:=[NCONROIData]N_CON_Peaks!(1"Time",2:3)[x0:300] theme:="test 2" fitresult:=1 append:=peak_properties ow:=[NCONT1PeakDat]<new name:="Unsorted"> dataid:="Long Name" mode:=cols;

Can you change mode:=cols to mode:=rows? The fitting statistics are not output if appending the result by columns.
