Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2022b 9.9.5.171 (Academic)
Operating System: windows 10 (OS build 19044.1889)

Our research lab has recently upgraded to origin 2022b from origin 2018. When performing the upgrade, I made sure to completely uninstall 2018 from my current device. However, after completing the install for 2022b, origin crashes anytime the "plot" menu button is selected from the top toolbar.

I have tried to send an automated crash report, but it fails to send each time. I have also tried all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the origin 6.18 FAQ-20 post, including a complete reinstall/repair of origin 2022b. I am curious if anyone else has found a similar bug/issue and knows of a workaround as accidentally crashing my data analyses has become a frustrating part of my day-to-day life.

Hi kessm05,

Would you mind to try following?

When the crash report dialog pops up, click the "What does this report contain" link and export the crash report details as a zipped file.

Then you can attach the zip file here, or send it by ticket:
