In a previous version, the peak analyzer would plot the integrated curve and show the shaded integrated area on the plot under analysis. I can't seem to find how to do that anymore. Only the peak marker and x limits are added to the original plot. The resulting data includes the Baseline points, which plot correctly, but the integrated curve data points from the result are not useful.
The data for peak analysis is added by regional selection from a larger plotted dataset. Trying to change the plot properties (i.e., enable fill area under the curve) does not work well.
Any suggestions?

Are you sure you used Peak Analyzer tool in the past?
Maybe you used Gadget: Integrate... instead.

You don't need to select region of data first.
On graph, choose Gadget: Integrate...
On Integrate tab of the dialog that opens, check the "Keep the shading color after new output".
Then click OK.
Adjust region of interest to get the integrated area.
Then choose > button and New Output.
U can drag the ROI box and new ouptut each time to calculate mutiple subregions.
When closing the dialog, the shade will be kept.

Thank you, Snow. I am pretty sure I used the analyzer in the past. For some reason this system would complain of my png of the plot and cannot include an image, but mine are cyclic curves (i.e., 2 Ys for each X). They need to be integrated only on a section and using an existing-dataset baseline (from another cyclic plot). A simple integration won't work. Also, sometimes I have overlapping peaks, and I need info on each component.

Coudl you let me know which old version you were using?
I tried some older versions e.g. Origin 2019. Peak Analyzer there doesn't show shaded integrated area either.
I suppose you choose the Goal on 1st page to be Integrate Peaks.
If you want integrated curve or data for the integrated curve, u can go to the new "Integrated_Curve_Data1" sheet created and plot it. But again it's the integrated curve.
We also support using existing data as baseline in Integrateion gadget and quick peaks gadget.
You mentioned cyclic data, maybe u can click Add Apps button and search by "cyclic" to find some apps which may work for you. Or search by "peak"

I don't really know what was the previous version I had. This one is 2022.
I am interested in peak fitting. I have tried other options to see what am I missing and how to get the shaded area included in the graphic results.
I'll try a bit more and submit a ticket if everything seems to fail.
