Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 0218b (64bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2

Hello there, I have a Problem with calculating the Area under a given curve.
Therefore i have added two screenshots below to help explain the situation.

I would like to determine the area of the blue curve within the time: -15 min till 3 hours
(-000:15:00 / 000:03:00).

When doing so i can see the highlighted Area in yellow but if you look closely at the black panel on top, you can see that the x Axis Intervall is mixed up and not shown in a time format as the input set points.

Do you have any clues,
i would be very thankful

Greetings

Date and date-time values in Origin are stored internally as Astronomical Julian Day Numbers. e.g. 03:00 equals to 3/24 = 0.125 as shown in the black panel.

Ok understood, but then I'm still unsure about the calculaed Area. If i approximate the curve as a rectangle with 75 * 2,00, the area would be completely off from the calculated 7,49.
I don't see where this value is coming from.

If you mean 2 hours here, then the area should be 75 * 2 / 24 = 6.25.
