Hi I need to modify a script to fit a gaussian to a data set but missing out some data in the middle of the data. Is this possible? Would it require two ranges?

Thanks

Have you tried masking the points in the middle? This will mask points (rows) i1 through i2 in the dataset being fitted. (Use %A<i>=0 inside the {} brackets to unmask the same points after you've performed the fit.)

%A=nlsf.fitdata$;
loop(i,i1,i2) {%A<i>=1};
