Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: How to set the nonlinear constraint in nonlinear curve fitting? for example:y=(a1*b1+a2*b2*x^2)/(a1*b1) nonlinear constraint:as x=0 a1*b1=2.I don't know whether this kind of operation can be done in Origin?

Origin doesn't support nonlinear constraints. But in this case, can you simply replace b1 with 2/a1 in the fitting function?

You cannot estimate paired values (a_i, b_i) where i={1,2} separately using the given formula.
