Hi, is it possible to change the y-axis in stack chart to make it look separated but it is still in the same frame with other graph like this image in ORIGIN? Thanks

Yes.
Did you use Plot: Multi panel/axis: Stack to plot it? By default there are no gap. But u can add some vertical gap in Spacing node of the dialog.

Usually stacked plots are linked together so moving one layer (frame surrounded by axis) will move the others so they are always one unit.
Also frame lines are turned on for all layers.

Choose Format: Layer... to open Plot Details.
Choose Layer2 node on the left.
Go to Size tab, uncheck "When drag to reposition, also reposition parent layer".
Do the same for all layers other than the 1st layer (parent layer)

Alter+click within layer to select the layer and drag.
If u move 1st layer, other links still move together with it.
But if u click on layers other than 1st layer and move, it will not move 1st layer (parent).

On same size tab in Plot Details, you can also set the Unit for all such child layers to be "% of Page" instead of the default "% of Linked Layer"so the child layer size and position are totally free from parent.
Then moving layer 1 will not move other layers either.

U can also click on each layer and use mini toolbar to uncheck Layer Frame;
Delete x axis lines in between, etc.
Shift select multiple layers and use the Object Edit toolbar buttons to align left, same width, evenly spaced, etc.

Thanks, Snow
