Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 2022b
Operating System: Windows10

The distribution plot of marginal plot is truncated. I used a option of "normal" distribution to set the size of distribution plot to be the same for each class.

I'd like to modify the distribution plot like the below image (like red and blue pen-line):

The top and right distribution curve are actually on 2nd layer and 3rd layer. The XY axis frames of 2nd and 3rd layer are hidden.

Maybe you can check if the Y axis range of 2nd & 3rd layer is large enough.

E.g. choose Format: Axis: Y Axis. Choose Layer 2 & 3 at bottom of axis dialog respectively and check if Y's To value is large enough.

See the bottom image. To value 25 is too small to show the top distribution.

The distribution plot line color follows the scatter points colors.
If u mean dont show the fill colors, u can double click the top panel, in Plot Details, go to Distribution tab and set Fill color to Single: None.

Then do the same for right distribution curves. Expand Layer3 node and pick 1st plot there. set fill color to single: none.

Thanks, Snow
