Hello,
I have a problem with plot setup.
In my workbook I have all data in columns A to Q. Based on that data I created a plot. Next I inserted another column right to the column A. How I can update the plot setup?, because before insertion of another column I had XY plot based on A and D columns and after that the plot setup still references to A and D columns instead of A and E columns. I don't want to recreate the plot from scratch because it took me a lot of time to customise and I think that such simple modifications in the workbook should be immediately reflected in the plots.
Edit: Could it be related to the size of workbook (over 230 MB)?
Regards, Thwei

Do you mind sharing your opju? Maybe you have some complex graph.
I tried plot graph with column A & D and then insert a column next to A. The legend in graph still shows D but if you click Refresh button, i will update to E.
Thanks, Snow |

Hi,
Sure, I can share, how can I do it?
Also I try to trim the size down (row count reduced from 1 000 000 to 10 000) retaining that weird behaviour. Workbook size is now 2 MB but saved opju filesize did not change, still over 100 MB.
Edit: Removal of plots only reduces filesize by 60 KB, removal of that huge workbook sheet still didn't reduce filesize. Origin shows now only 52 KB of size, opju filesize still enormous.
Edit2: Removed everything i could and left one sheet with 1 row and 2 columns. Size over 100 MB.
Edit3: Found some LabTalk scripts doing data cleanup and now the size is ok.
