Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:

Hello everyone,

My situation is that I have a series of tested specimens from different companies and when it comes to categorizing them I can't find a way to avoid repeating them for all sections of the companies. In other words, when I create the graph in each company section, all the specimens appear, regardless of whether they belong to that company or another. What I would like is that the test tubes corresponding to each company are found only in its own section.

I have been searching among the options of the axes, but I have not found anything that helps me. I don't know if it is a problem in the data entry or if this option is simply not contemplated. I leave a screenshot as an example.

Thank you in advance and greetings

snowli

Sorry that I don't fully understand your question.

Could you show a screen shot of your trellis plot setting so that i can see what are X, Y data u set for plotting, and what are horizontal & vertical panel settings.
Also show a screenshot of the graph.

Usually for trellis plot, the Y data u pick is plotted against X in our worksheet, e.g. your column A (Manufacturer). I suppose it's the company as well. But u then said u group by company. Usually they can't be the same.

Thanks, Snow

Hi,
I wonder do you mean you do not want all manufacturer show as tick label of all panel? In your screenshot, Manufacturer is X column. If there is no x info, you can plot grouped column scatter plot(in Plot: Categorical tab). When the graph is created, open plot details dialog, go to lines tab to hide mean line. It will be something like:

Thanks
Cecilia
