Origin Ver.2022b and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:windows 11
Hi there,

I would like to add vertical and horizontal grid lines at x = 0 and y = 0; please let me know the OriginLab command for this.

You can run Labtalk script:

layer.x.reflines.dataset$="0";
layer.x.refline1.lineshow=1;
layer.y.reflines.dataset$="0";
layer.y.refline1.lineshow=1;
