hi so i have x and Y positions vs time and photocurrent vs time the problem is that the sampling for these is different so i cant just plot x position vs y position vs photocurrent.
how can i create the matrix when the dimensions have different sampling rates ?

You can do interpolation (menu Analysis:Mathematics:Interpolate/Extrapolate Y from X...). For example, you can set the photocurrent data as Input, and the time values of the Position as X Values to Inpterpolate. You should then get the photocurrent data of the same x values as the position.
