Hi,
I would like to add some white space (equally, from both sides) to my Layouts / Figures. However, when I go to the "Print Dimensions" Tab in "Plot Details - Page Properties" and simply change the page dimension, I manually have to move my graphs to the center after; what takes even more time is I also need to change the position of all the text (e.g. descriptions like a, b, c, d) and some boxes I drew with the rectangle tool.
Is there a more simple way to do this? Can I somehow fix the text position to the layers?
Thank you very much! |

Hello,
Could you try Format: Fit Page to Objects?
Margin Control: Border Border Width: <input size> Adjust Direction: Width Only

Hi Chao!
Thank you very much for your help!
Unfortunately I get similar results:
My graphs stay on the side of the page and everything that I added additionally (ChemDraw Structures and text to label the individual layers a, b, c, d) changes position, also relative to my graphs. So I cant just select everything and move it, but I have to make sure the labels and structures are again in the right position relative to my figures too.

Hello,
What version of Origin are you using?
Would you be able to attach your project file demonstrating the issue?
Best, Chao |
