Hi! I work with OriginPro 2020b.
My graphs are built in full screen, but I need it to be minimized by default. Maybe you know where to find these settings.

Which graph type did you have the issue? It could be that you have saved a graph template that maximize the graph. Can you go to menu Plot: Template Library? Find and delete the template. Thank you.
