Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2021b 9.8.5.212
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

This seems like a very trivial question but I can't find any info anywhere.

I have a multimodal histogram. It appears to contain 1 lognormal distribution and 2 gaussian distributions. I've been using the "Multiple Peak Fit" but can't figure out how to use two different peak functions.

Using three lognormal profiles doesn't give me a desirable fit.

Thanks in advance :)

Sam

Hello Sam,

The Peak Deconvolution app may be what you're looking for:

You can fit each peak with a different function.

Best,
Chao
