OriginPro 2025b (64-bit) 10.2.5.212
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 10.0.19045.4651

Greetings!

I experience a significant crosshair position offset between the Digitizer and Digitize window:

Is this a software bug?

Hi Andrey,

This is a known issue that should have been resolved in version 2025b SR1 (ORG-31510), which has just been released. Thank you.

Got it.
I will test this tomorrow and report in case of any issues.

Updating OriginPro 2025b (64-bit) SR1 10.2.5.234 has solved the offset during visualization, but digitized results are still off.
Please see the attached sample project showing the issue:
https://my.originlab.com/ftp/forum_and_kbase/Images/1-s2.0-S0013795223000819-gr1_lrg.jpg.opju

Is there a way to fix this?

I appreciate getting your response soon.

Besides, please limit user to enter values in Image Pixel columns beyond the image dimensions in terms of height and width.

On one hand, if I specify the Image Pixel value of Y2 as -1, then the axis line just disappears and I cannot change -1 to any other value.
On the other hand, I can freely specify the Image Pixel value of Y1 greater the original image height in pixels and the Y1 line goes below the image itself.
IMHO, this should never happen.
Please see a screenshot illustrating the issues below:

Can you check the axis value setting in the digitizer dialog? It looks to me the Y1, Y2 values you set are too small. A better value could be 0.2 and 1.2. Please double check.

It is not possible to edit the pixel value once it has been set to -1. This seems to be a bug. I will report it. I think setting pixel values beyond the page is fine — you can always adjust the value to reposition lines.
