Hello,

After I drag and drop the file into Origin, it looks this csv contains multiple blocks of data for different parameters.

1st, 3rd and 5th blocks with stamp, plate, device, position, Y, L*, ...

2nd, 4th and 6th blocks with Tolerance, Y, L*, ...
And for them, there are spectrum values on top of each column?

Could you clarify how you want them to be imported?
For such complicated data, maybe it's better you manually organize them manually after import.

Or when generating from the machine, specify some better way to save them?

Also what plot type do u want to plot and from which columns?

Thanks, Snow
