Hi,

The error sounds like it is because of an incompatibility with your default printer driver. We've addressed the issue in the latest service release of Origin 7.5.

Please get this latest update, SR6, by selecting Help:Check for Updates. Depending upon what service release you currently have, you may first get an intermediate service release and will need to select Help:Check for Updates a second time to get SR6.

Thanks,
Laurie
